本教材共设置八个单元，每个单元围绕一个职场情景和行业知识展开，包含四个模块：Let's Chat，Let's Read，Practice More和Work Actively。Let's Chat模块的八个单元串联成一个完整的职场发展情景剧旨在通过口语练习的同时，培养学生和职场新人的发散性思维，形成“方法总比困难多”的思维方式，充分体现出职业性、开放性、实践性、活用性的特点,。Let's Read 模块包含 Passage（篇章）、 Tips，Practice More旨在提高学生语篇阅读能力的同时，拓展学生的视野与知识面。Work Actively模块以岗位需求为导向、以“项目驱动”为策略，根据市场营销行业专家的实践经验设计单元任务，学生以小组为单位合作完成，本模块突出了旨在体现“做中学、学中做”的教学理念，完成整单元内容由输入到输出的过程，帮助学生做到知行合一。
